The Principality of Monaco occupies a special place in the hearts of art lovers in Russia. The Principality has become the home of Serge Diaghilev’s troupe and the famous “Russian Seasons”, which have made the world discover the ballet, opera and painting of Russian theatre sets as well as the music of the great Russian composers of the 20th century.

The Russian ambassador to France, Alexander Orlov, accompanied by leading figures from the Russian art world, paid tribute to the Grimaldi family for their privileged relationship with Russia.
