Monika Bacardi Gomez Del Campo Bacardi, Lady of Bayfield Hall, is a businesswoman, film producer, and art patron.
She is the Co-Founder of Iervolino Entertainement S.p.A., two international cinema production and sales companies.
Monika Bacardi was born in Italy where she graduated in Arts and Literature. Of Italian nationality, she has been living in Monaco for over thirty years. She also received an honorary degree in Mexico.
She married Lord Luis Bacardi, a descendant of the founder of the Bacardi company and they had a beautiful daughter, Maria Luisa.

Career of Lady Monika Bacardi:

In 2013, Lady Monika founded Ambi Group as a vehicle to express her passion for cinema and ongoing social commitments, dedicated to the development, production and sale of high-end commercial movies for worldwide distribution.

As an executive producer, Lady Monika Bacardi has realised a number of films, including:

  • James Franco’s In Dubious Battle, featuring an ensemble cast that includes Franco, Selena Gomez, Robert Duvall, Bryan Cranston
  • the contemporary fairy tale This beautiful fantastic starring Tom Wilkinson
  • a homage to Federico Fellini’s classic film La dolce vita
  • the 3D CGI family animated film Artic Justice: Thunder Squad, featuring the voices of Jeremy Renner, John Cleese, Alec Baldwin, James Franco, Angelica Huston and Heidi Klum;
  • the sci-fi thriller Rupture starring Noomi Rapace, Michael Chiklis and Peter Stormare.
  • Waiting for the barbarians directed by Ciro Guerra, the cast includes Robert Pattinson and Johnny Depp
  • The thriller Bent, starring Sofia Vergara and Andy Garcia

Only a few years after Lady Monika Bacardi co-founded the AMBI Group, she bought a French Magazine PHOTO sharing ownership of the magazine with her partners.
By doing so, she has consolidated her business interests in the cultural and creative sectors reviving a once popular magazine and restoring it to its former fame in the visual arts and, in particular, photography.
In 2017 Monika Bacardi transferred her ownership of the PHOTO Magazine to her partners and dedicated herself to cinema.

Social Commitment

Lady Monika supports art, cinema, medical research, children’s care organisations and environmental programmes around the world.
She is currently active with Fondation Princesse Charlène de Monaco, Monaco Aide et Présence (MAP), Venetian Heritage Foundation.
She is Member of the Development Committee of Prince Albert II Foundation of Monaco and of the Assembly of Les Amis du Musèe Océanographique de Monaco.
She also supports Mission enfance – Monaco, Association pour la vie – espoir contre le cancer du Professeur David Khayat, Action innocence – Monaco, Association Monégasque Les enfants de Frankie, AMFAR- AIDS research foundation, Aide au Père Pedro Opeka, Vaincre le cancer.

Passions of Lady Monika

Although Lady Monika has been living in Monaco for the last three decades, she is a true world citizen, sharing her time between the United States and Europe. She is fluent in French, German, English, Italian and Spanish and is rightfully considered one of the most notable and influential female entrepreneurs in the arts and creative sector, connecting talented individuals and companies in ways that have never before been feasible.
